Usono, a Dutch company specializing in ultrasound accessories, starts a partnership with Torino Football Club (Torino FC). The partnership between Usono and Torino FC aims to enhance ultrasound imaging in professional football, through the application of Usono’s ProbeFix Dynamic Pro.
Usono’s solution will be used with two ultrasound probes from the leader in medical diagnostic systems Esaote, and the newcomer in wireless ultrasound EagleView. By integrating these technologies into the team’s training and recovery regime, the coaching staff and medical professionals will have improved insights into the players’ muscle condition. First-team Physiotherapist-Osteopath Alessandro Pernice, who uses the ProbeFix, is excited: “We’re looking forward to investigating how this can optimize training programs, prevent injuries, and accelerate rehabilitation.”
