
Maarten Van Andel
Maarten van Andel is director of Applied Natural Sciences at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. He previously worked for over thirty years as a researcher, project leader and director in the high-tech industry. He has fifteen years of experience in sustainable business, working with companies, governments and research institutions. In recent years he has written two books on sustainable energy. Chemist van Andel presents and publishes critically on current energy issues, based on scientific facts and analyses. In doing so, he provides insight into which measures are effective or not, and what each of us can do to save raw materials, energy and CO2.
