Recruiting international students is becoming an increasingly popular topic for universities in the Netherlands. But what comes next, after you have managed to reel in all this international talent? How do you make sure they experience their time in the Netherlands as successful, and how do you keep this talent in the Dutch labour market?

It’s one of the biggest challenges of any Brainport company looking for international talent. And that’s why The Hub Eindhoven and TU/Eindhoven are offering a seminar by Sietar NL on this topic on November 6th.

The seminar will focus on how to train and retain international talent during and after their higher education experience in the Netherlands. The TU/e is one of the universities known for their successful strategies in supporting incoming international students and providing the necessary guidance for them to enter the Dutch labour market. The Hub is a community by and for internationals that helps expats integrate into the city of Eindhoven and the Netherlands. Together with Sietar NL they will provide you with their best practices, and open up the floor for discussion on the topic of training and retaining international talent.
