Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) will open its doors to anyone interested in innovation on Saturday, June 8. During the High Tech Ontdekkingsroute, several high-tech companies will provide a glimpse behind the scenes and demonstrate their latest technologies. For example, you can look inside at companies such as KMWE, Yaskawa, and VDL, as well as education institutes such as Fontys Hogescholen and Summa College.

Activities for young and old

The annual High Tech Ontdekkingsroute offers a unique opportunity to take a closer look at the latest technological innovations and participate in various activities. Visitors can program or solder a robot, battle with robots, or play a video game starring their creations. The event is intended for everyone, from experienced professionals to curious residents, with particular attention to children.

Working together for innovation

BIC is one of the most important hotspots for the high-tech manufacturing industry in the Brainport region. Here, companies, educational institutes, and knowledge institutes collaborate on the technologies that will define the future. By sharing knowledge, experience, and facilities, innovation is accelerated, and new solutions are created for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

Besides BIC, you can visit other campuses during the High Tech Discovery Route. There are also various (free) activities on the High Tech Campus, the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) grounds, and at ASML.
