After a career at MKB-Nederland, Kees Verhoeven (1976) became a member of the Lower House on behalf of D66 in 2010. Over the years, he focused increasingly on the impact of digital technology on society. In 2021 he retired as a member of parliament and is now the owner of Bureau Digitale Zaken, which through advice, lectures, training and projects is committed to a human society in the digital age. Together with Marijn van Vliet, he forms The Digital Thinkers.
