Xycarb Ceramics, enters a new phase and starts with the construction of its new international headquarters and production facilities in Helmond. In this first phase, which involves a business investment of approximately 18 million Euro, Xycarb is preparing for future growth.
Xycarb is a world player in the LED and chips industry. It is the leading global supplier of integrated packages for quartz, graphite and ceramic products and related services for the Semiconductor, LED & Solar industries. Xycarb produces critical equipment parts used in process chambers to manufacture chips and leds on wafers. Xycarb Ceramics is a division of the Schunk Group and has world-wide representation with its international headquarters in Helmond.
New state-of-the-art installations are being built that will meet the most stringent quality requirements to be able to grow in the innovation-driven semiconductor and opto-electronics industry.
Xycarb has contracted Adriaans Bouwgroep B.V. for the construction of the office building and the production facility. Hoppenbrouwers Techniek is contracted for the installation of the electrical and ICT installations. Both projects were designed by Van Den Pauwert Architects BNA in Eindhoven.
