ForeScout Technologies acquires the Eindhoven-based company SecurityMatters for 113 million dollars. SecurityMatters was founded in 2009 and is a spin-off of the Eindhoven University of Technology. The company provides network security for operational technology (OT), where computers can adjust physical states of systems.

Now as a single company, we will be able to accelerate our momentum and create the industry’s first capability to truly segment IT and OT environments.”
