For the third year in a row, Innovation Origins has organised the annual Expat Top-10. Over the past years, Eindhoven has welcomed thousands of internationals, many of whom have done a great job for the city. Through this top-10 we say Thank You to all of them. This year’s theme of the Top-10 is ‘Jobs and Entrepreneurship’. Every day we offer you an interview with one of the winners. In this interview, you can read about how they ended up in Eindhoven, what they are doing in and for the city, and how they get around in their new community. Today, we present you all the winners. Today, Sunday 11 June, Innovation Origins announced the winners of the annual Expat Top-10. After weeks of nominations and some serious work by the jury, we are very proud to give you these 10 names – all people who stood out because of their entrepreneurship or the way they helped the local job market:
Nine of the ten winners appeared on stage today, in the totally renovated Hub for Expats, where the Expat Fair and International Festival took place. The winners were welcomed by alderman Stijn Steenbakkers, who in his speech stressed the importance of the internationals for the city of Eindhoven.
In the next 10 days, we will publish interviews with each one of the winners, so you will get a good chance to get to know these 10 people who have been shaping Eindhoven in the fields of jobs and entrepreneurship.
