Creative Ring organizes ‘Support Event’ for Wearables, Smart Textiles and Other Creative Projects
On 18 and 19 May, Creative Ring is organizing an event to support wearables, smart textiles, and other creatives at Natlab. Project supporters and facilitators can register via Creative Ring. The event aims to support projects in applying to the EU WEAR Sustain open call, where projects can win up to 50.000 euros to develop their project. Also creatives that are not applying can join to improve their product and business.
Keynotes are held by Fashion Tech designer Anouk Wipprecht on Rethinking Fashion in the Age of Digitalization, Marina Toeters (TU/e) on Ethics & Sustainability, and Margreet de Kok (Holst Centre) on State of the Art in Wearable Technologies.
Workshops and coaching
There will be workshops in design thinking, business models, data models, marketing, programming, prototyping, and more. Also, there will be a coaching square for 1-on-1 coaching on these topics.
