June 11 in VDMA Eindhoven
Want to learn Dutch? Find a house? Experience Dutch culture, make connections, solve immigration and tax issues? Or simply watch the presentation of E52’s yearly Expat Top10? It’s all possible at the “I am not a tourist” Expat Fair, which will be held om June 11 in the VDMA, right behind the Hub for Expats and the Expat Center South on the Vestdijk.

It’s the second time that Expatica’s “I am not a tourist” Expat Fair is coming to Eindhoven. It’s a prime opportunity for the international community in the South of the Netherlands to get low-down on life in the ‘low countries’.

The historical VDMA area in Eindhoven’s city center will see 50 specialist exhibitors and more than 1,500 international professionals come together to exchange information, find opportunities, orientation, and business contacts.

There will be performances throughout the day and workshops on all sorts of topics for the newly arrived expat: think employment & entrepreneurship, banking, tax and insurance, housing and education.

A meet and greet with different clubs and sports specialists will help you,

International Festival

Outside the Expat Fair, the International Festival Eindhoven will also take place for the second time. The Festival will offer an international market with food, drinks, hand-made products like art and jewelry. The market will be combined with live music from (inter)national and local artists and, of course, entertainment for children. Inside the Hub Eindhoven for Expats, there are conferences and workshops, and there will be a bar on the outside deck.

Sport & Leisure Experience

Alongside the “I am not a tourist” Expat Fair, comes the Sport & Leisure Experience organized in partnership with the Holland Expat Center South and EindhovenSport. The Eindhoven region offers over 70 different sports, some within a sports club and others individually. During the Sport & Leisure Experience visitors can get an impression of all there is to offer in the area of Sports. A meet and greet with different clubs and sports specialists will help you.
