MetalFAB1, 3D metaalprinter van Additive Industries

“Realizing time is critical in bringing production 3D printing solutions to North America”
Additive Industries is expanding its operations for industrial 3D metal printing equipment and software development, sales and service to North America. The main reason for the Eindhoven, Strijp-S based company to start a branch in America is time-to-market. “Realizing time is critical in bringing production 3D printing solutions to North America, Additive Industries hired additive manufacturing veteran Shane Collins to lead the Process & Application Development Center which will be established in Southern California”, Additive’s Irina Schatorjé explains.

After the implementation of its systems in Europe at companies like Airbus, BMW and GKN, Additive Industries is now ready to expand into North America. “To meet the challenges of the most demanding applications, Additive Industries will establish its new North American Process & Application Development Center within the surging California aerospace and astronautics markets.”
